LPG Transport Tanks
Production is carried out in accordance with ADR, TPED, and EN 12493 standards, with different capacities tailored to customer and country requirements. Design and manufacturing can also be carried out according to ASME, CODAP, or other standards upon customer request. The semi-trailer infrastructure is certified according to 2007/46/EC and utilizes road conditions, load distribution, and rollover stability simulations. Our designs include qualified braking and rollover stability performance tests.

Excellent ergonomic design for operation and service, non-destructive inspection tests in accordance with standards (Radiographic test, Penetrant test, Ultrasonic test, Magnetic Particle test, etc.). - The chassis can be manufactured as a bolted (removable) semi-chassis or a welded (fixed) half-chassis.
- Axle, brake, and electrical systems are selected based on customer requirements.
- Completed tanks will undergo hydrostatic pressure and leak testing.
- TSE-approved Tank Inspection Certificate, T9 Certificate, Manufacturer Certificates, Tank Certificates, Hydrostatic Test Certificate, Pneumatic Test Certificate, WPS/PQR Welder Certificates, NDT (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT, Lamination), Material Certificates, Bomb Heat Treatment Graph Certificates, Paint Thickness Measurement Test Certificates will be provided.
General Features
- Lightweight and durable chassis Semi-Trailer Production. Weight means extra fuel and extra cost.
- The manufacture and all inspections of the tanks are carried out by an independent inspection company.
- All welded joints are tested according to manufacturing standards. X-ray, ultrasonic, penetrant, and magnetic tests are performed.
- After manufacturing, all tanks are subjected to a hydrostatic test under the supervision of an inspector appointed by an independent organization.
- Before painting, all tanks and components undergo sandblasting. Sandblasting is performed until a clean and suitable surface is obtained.
- After sandblasting, the first coat, primer, and all other coats are applied with the correct micron thickness. After painting, the paint thickness is tested at different points on the tank and approved.
- Internationally recognized, high-quality paints are used in the industry.
- Tank accessory installations are performed using the highest quality materials in accordance with standards.
- After the tank accessory installation is completed, all piping and connections are leak tested with 5 bar of nitrogen or air under the supervision of an independent organization.
