Standard Skid System
- LPG Skid Station (Autogas Filling Station) is a mobile station used to fill cars or gas cylinders.
- The dispenser can be single or dual nozzle, and can be used to fill cars or gas cylinders, and can be measured with a dispenser (LT) or (kg – mass flow meter).
- Scales used to fill gas cylinders can be mechanical or electronic (digital).
- Applied Source Tests: UT – ultrasonic, RT – Radiographic – BT test
Automated Skid System
A tank measurement system is available. In this case, the skid will be automated by adding automation devices, a measurement probe, computer-connected software, etc. This software connected to the system can display all reports necessary for the user, such as daily reports, shift reports, all tank parameters, density, and gas level in the tank.
The system, provided with a high-security shut-off system, adds sensors around the station, and these sensors are connected to an electronic panel. In the event of a gas leak from the system, the gas sensor will shut off the pneumatic valves and LPG pump connected to this system, giving the system a shut-off command.
