Our welding processes are carried out by EN287-1 certified welders in accordance with the EN ISO 15609-1 standard and using the Weld Procedure Specification (WPS). All welding processes are carried out with the utmost precision and care to guarantee the durability and strength of our products.
Our products are manufactured by state-of-the-art equipment and a team of experts. Each stage of the production process is meticulously monitored and controlled by qualified and specialized personnel. Thus, all products are manufactured in accordance with global standards and customer expectations.
To reinforce our commitment to quality, Non Destructive Testing (NDT) is performed. These tests include methods such as radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, penetrant testing and visual inspection. These tests are carried out by accredited third-party organizations such as TSE, TÜV, SGS, Lloyd’s Register, Bureau Veritas and others to ensure compliance with industry standards. In addition, 100% NDT checks are carried out for ADR tanks, ensuring the highest safety standards.
